Michael Horowitz: FBI Made Serious and Repeated ‘Mistakes’

Secret Courts in America? What could go wrong? Joshua Roberts / Reuters file

If the idea of secret courts in America isn’t frightening enough, imagine the danger posed by a political party which would utilize the FBI as its own extension, to submit to a secret FISA Court, knowingly false and misrepresented information in order to undo a democratic election.

NBC – ‘Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz said the FBI made serious and repeated mistakes in seeking under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, or FISA, to conduct surveillance of Carter Page, a former Trump campaign adviser.’
